I provide individual counselling to adolescents and adults experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, domestic and intimate partner violence, stress, burnout, grief, identity exploration, and life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel supported while working toward meaningful and lasting change.

In addition to clinical practice, I teach in the Addictions and Mental Health Worker program at triOS College. I'm passionate about mentoring future mental health professionals and making complex psychological concepts practical, engaging, and applicable to real-world practice.
